Something to consider when thinking about illegal immigration. Without going through a legal process, illegal immigrants pose a danger to Americans (your family and mine) because they may have contagious sicknesses that could cause an outbreak. But also, since they are not documented, it makes it harder to track down and contain the spread if an outbreak does occur.
